Cancelation

Please Provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Time slots fill up quickly and everyone deserves the opportunity to book an appointment. 

I will always begin your appointments on time. Punctuality is a top priority in providing exceptional care. If anything is preventing me from reaching you as planned, I will always communicate it with as much notice as possible.

Consent is a top priority during my Massage Therapy treatments. You will fill out a standard waiver online, however, I will always get verbal consent before trying something new, working on a sensitive area or using any painful techniques. Periodically, I will check in, just to see how you're doing.

My massage table will always be a safe space. I enjoy chit-chat and will never share anything that you have shared with me. If you're ever in need of a quiet session, just let me know. No questions asked.

I will always bring a device to play any curated playlists off of my Spotify to help you relax and enjoy your treatment. I also encourage you to provide your own music if it suits your taste better. I am always happy to explore other music genres.

I became a Registered Massage Therapist because I enjoy helping others. I will always give back where and whenever I can.
