Amanda became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2017. Growing up as an athlete, her love for the human body began at an early age. Having experienced orthopedic injuries, pre and post natal phases and the general aches and pains of aging, Amanda naturally wanted to help guide others through these life experiences. She specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage and is Birth and Postpartum doula.
Michael is trained in Culinary Management and graduated from George Brown College in 2008. With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Michael strives for excellence and variety with every dish he creates. He uses top quality ingredients that are GMO free, organic and without seed oils to help clients reach their goals. His services include meal preparation for those wanting to gain muscle and lose fat, those suffering from autoimmune conditions and those who want a healthier lifestyle and convenience.
